By booking a party with us, you agree to the terms & conditions outlined below. If you need clarity on any of the policies, kindly email us playec.us@gmail.com

Note: $49.99 deposit during booking is incidental fee and will be refunded after your party. Party hosts & guests must comply with the Party policies to avoid losing the $49.99 incidental fee. If you or your guest cause damage(s) in the party room or facility, your card will be billed based on the severity of the damage(s). 

***Refund will be sent thesame card/method used during booking***

***Grip sock is REQUIRED for every party guest. You can bring yours or purchase from us $2.99 each.***


NOTE: We provide solid color plates & napkins. If you want theme plates/napkins, you MUST drop them off at least 3 days to your event. 

If theme plates are brought in same day as your event, we will charge you $50 for us to re-set them up. Unless you have a private party, you can NOT bring any other decoration other than Cake/cupcakes, candle, theme plates/napkins & goodie bags. 


A complete Party fee of $500 (Atlantis Room parties) or $550 (Galaxy Room parties) MUST be done BEFORE your party date.  If this is not done, we will assume that you are no longer moving forward with the party and the deposit will not be refunded. If you decide to not move forward with the party for any reason, deposit will not be refunded.

We understand that unplanned circumstances may cause the need for a reschedule, kindly email us at least 1 week in advance and we will gladly reschedule your party based on availability. 


NOTE: Deposit will be refunded back to the exact same payment method you used to make the original deposit after your event. (Note that this does not apply to canceled & no shows)

***Late Night OR Parties starting from 7pm MUST be a private party***

***We Do NOT offer refund on services or products; every purchase is final so kindly read before booking. Walk-in tours are available Monday - Friday 2pm to 7pm.***

PARTY AGENDA:

  • First hour is Playtime with no access to the Party room
  • The next 40mins is for celebration in the Party Room and everyone MUST exit the room after 40mins. 
  • The last 20mins is for additional playtime.  Playtime can continue if we are NOT at Capacity. Confirm with staff onsite.

NOTE: 

  • We are a SHOE-FREE facility, everyone is expected to take off shoes or put on a shoe cover 
  • Waivers & grip socks are REQUIRED for EVERYONE entering the facility. 
  • Outside food/drink is allowed for Add'll charge of $100 [PLUS TAX]. Popcorn & ice cream, alcoholic beverage of any kind are NOT permitted in the facility.
  • We provide 3 large pizzas. Pizza options are Cheese or pepperoni. 
  • Extra pizza, 1 large pepperoni or cheese $21 each box 
  • Provide juice pouches for each child.
  • Complimentary plates, utensils, tablecloths, napkins & theme photo backdrop 
  • We do NOT offer custom/theme plates and napkins. However, there will be solid color plates that matches the theme of your party.
  • BRING A CAKE, IT'S A PARTY! Don't forget birthday candles and any utensils you may need for your cake. 
  • If you need more than 2 hours or more time in the party room, you will have to book 2 separate birthdays. 
  • Outside decoration is NOT allowed unless you have a private party. 
  • We provide solid color plates & napkins. If you want theme plates/napkins, you MUST drop them off at least 3 days to your event.
    If theme plates are brought in same day as your event, we will charge you $50 to set them up. 
  • Pinatas and Confetti are NOT permitted in the facility. 
  • Ice cream and popcorn are NOT allowed in the facility, NO EXCEPTIONS
  • We do NOT customize balloon garlands; we make garlands based on the selected theme. 
  • There's a $50 charge for specific Balloons colors. Garlands are made based on the theme/backdrop. We select 3 colors from the backdrop to make the Garland.
  • We provide the backdrop of the theme based on the booking details provided during booking. 
  • If you want a specific backdrop or customized backdrop, you MUST book a private party and provide the backdrop to us. We recommend dropping off at least 3 days prior to your party.
  • Themes such as Doggyland that do NOT sell merchandise on Amazon, you are expected to provide your own backdrop. We can only accept a 5x3 or 7x5 backdrop. Unfortunately, anything bigger or smaller will not fit on our wall. If you are providing your own backdrop, it MUST be dropped off at least 3 days to your event. If the backdrop is not provided, we will decorate without. 
  • If you plan on bringing additional decor, you must book a private party. We are NOT responsible for setting up your additional decorations. 
  • Reschedule request must be done via email with name and number on the current booking (playec.us@gmail.com) at least 2 weeks to party date. Keep in mind reschedule is based on availability. Reschedule requests less than 2 weeks of party date will be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.
  • If you are celebrating twin (boy & girl) we suggest that you choose a unisex theme such as Cocomelon because we will not combine or decorate 2 separate themes for a single booking. Also, every booking comes with a single throne chair so if you need more than 1, a $60 fee will be added to your bill.
  • There will be other guests in the facility during your party time unless you book Private party. However, you will get a decorated private party room for the duration of your 40mins celebration time.
  • ONCE BOOKED, PARTY PACKAGE CAN'T BE ADJUSTED 
  • BRING YOUR SOCKS & SIGN WAIVER FORMS AHEAD OF TIME 
  • ***BALANCE IS DUE 3 DAYS TO THE DAY OF YOUR PARTY


We are a Kids indoor facility; the use of profanity/swearing/cussing/bad language is NOT permitted. You will be banned from the facility if this rule is not followed.


If you are hosting a Party, it is your responsibility to communicate expectations to your guests.  If a guest breaks this rule, your party will be discontinued immediately without a refund. 


PLEASE, BE RESPECTFUL OF OUR BABIES AND OTHER GUESTS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
